Endy Mattress Review
Hey everyone! The summer has flown by and I can't believe we have already been sleeping on our Endy mattress for 100 nights! So many of you have had questions about the mattress and our thoughts on it, so I’ve put together a review to tell you all about our Endy experience.
Let me just start by saying, we love our Endy mattress and we don't see ourselves buying any other mattress in the future and here’s why.
This is the easiest mattress shopping you will ever experience! My hubby and I have bought a lot of mattresses in our day (mostly because the hubby is a little bit of a diva when it comes to a comfortable mattress). So we go to a store and lay on 20 different mattresses, finally decided on 'the one' then go through the whole ordeal of seeing if it’s in stock, how quickly we can get it, can they deliver during a time slot we are actually home blah, blah blah to finally get it home, sleep on it for a few nights to then decided we don't actually like the mattress. The worst.
Well, that is not the case with Endy. Shopping is a breeze, just go online and order whatever size mattress you are looking for! It’s super convenient. Your Endy mattress is then delivered right to your front door in a box about the size of a hockey bag.
This is another reason we love Endy so much, you can easily move the box to the desired room! This winter we stupidly bought a conventional mattress for our guest room in the basement which has quite the staircase, windy, low ceilings...you know everything that makes moving a king-sized mattress around a nightmare. It would have been so much easier to carry a box down the stairs.
Once you have moved the box you just open it up, unfold the mattress a little over the bed frame and watch it expand. It’s actually pretty neat!
So now let's talk about the actual mattress. It is made of foam (which is why they can compress it to fit into a small box) and is 10 inches in height once fully expanded. Carey and I both rated the mattress right in the middle for firmness, I found that the mattress reminded a bit of a gel memory foam, in that you slightly sink into it. As a side sleeper, Carey and I both liked that it contours to the body a little but still had a good firmness to it. We also found that this mattress was overall cooler than our previous mattress and regulated temperature better.
Lastly, I wanted to point out that Endy is a Canadian company and it’s designed, manufactured and shipped all within Canada. Talk about Canadian pride!
