Our Weekly Activities Kids Edition - Sponsored by GoldFish Crackers
Thank you to Goldfish crackers for sponsoring this post.
For this first time, quarantine has really hit us. It is so hot here that if you are not in the pool, any outside activity is really not an option. We have been getting pretty bored and every day find ourselves asking, "what should we do today?" So instead of asking this same question every day, I took a couple of hours over the weekend and put together weekly kits for the next five weeks. These are not intended to fill every day all day, but something fun and different from our regular routine.
Each weekly kit includes:
- A science experiment
- An art and craft project
- A kid-friendly recipe for them to help bake
- Educational worksheets for Liv, which includes working on her name (her first name is so easy, so we are working on the last name now), colors, shapes, letters, and numbers.
For example, here is this week’s activity:
Making blueberries muffins with the girls, recipe here
Chromatography butterfly experiment/craft
Neighborhood walk bingo
Counting with Goldfish crackers
Liv LOVES any time we include Goldfish crackers in her learning, we are highly motivated by food in our family haha.
Tracing numbers and letters worksheet
Worksheet to work on writing name and to work on her shapes
Worksheet to work on memorizing our phone number
Click here to enjoy some Goldfish adventures and turn snack time into playtime!
You can find all the activities from each weeks kits, including these cute Goldfish cracker counting printable sheets on my Pinterest.
Much Love,
