Easter Basket Ideas
Easter is only two weeks away! I can’t believe Spring is already here again and we’re preparing to celebrate another fun holiday with our kids! Although it can be quite a task, I love putting together fun baskets for the girls to wake up to on Easter morning and this year I get to create a baby one for Lincoln! Like I said, it’s not always an easy task and it can be hard to come up with things to pop in the baskets besides chocolate or candy. To give you a little inspiration, I’m listing items that I’ve either considered for our Easter baskets, or items that the girls and Lincoln will find in their baskets this year! Thankfully, stores really get into the spirit and it’s so easy to find egg, bunny and pastel-themed items around Montreal and online. I think these are great options that are both fun, not full of sugar and may just keep the little ones entertained for a while!
What’s great about these items, or most of them anyway, is that if you’re local you can get curb-side pick up! I know that Michaels, Chapters and some of the local stores I mention have this option available and it can make Easter during this pandemic a little bit less stressful. So definitely take advantage of that and if you’re not local, call the stores in your city to see if they offer curb-side pick up, too!

One thing I will point out is it might be fun to gift your kids with the pyjamas the night before Easter so they can wake up in adorable pastel PJs and find what the Easter bunny has left them! These pyjamas are some of our favorites and the colors are so perfect for Spring! Easter really puts me in the mood for a new season and (hopefully!) warmer weather.
