THE EDIT #19 / Top 5 Kelowna Picks
Since we’ve made the move back to Kelowna, my DMs have been flooded with questions about where to stay, what to do and which places to eat. While I would love to answer each and every one, I would be spending hours sharing the same places with all of you. Instead, I thought I would compile my top five recommendations into one blog post for your next trip to Kelowna, BC.
1/MYRA CANYON TRESTLES
This is one of my favorite places to hike or bike. It’s part of the Kettle Valley Railway and was originally built by hand! Open year round, Myra Canyon Trestles is made up of 2 tunnels and 18 trestle bridges. It’s a must see.
2/WINERIES
Mission Hill Family Estate
Quails’ Gate Estate
Mission Hill is a must and when you are in the area, stop by Quails’ Gate. Either winery is a great place to enjoy a glass, grab dinner, or both!
3/WHERE TO GOLF
I highly recommend Predator Ridge, although it is a little bit outside the town in Vernon, BC, but well worth the drive! If you’re looking to stay in town, then Tower Ranch is a great option.
4/WHERE TO STAY
I feel like Kelowna is lacking a little in this area, but we usually recommend Hotel Eldorado to our friends. Or, if you want to be in the action downtown, then the Delta Hotel.
**If you do not stay at Eldorado, make sure to stop by for lunch or dinner, it’s one of our favorite spots!
5/TAKE A TOUR
You can also do a guided tour. A quick Google Search will show you a dozen different things to do, so make sure to pick something that speaks to you!
