Styling the ByAngela the Label for Spring/Summer '23
Do you ever look at photos from Fashion Week or models and actresses headed to an event and think “I love the idea, but it’s too much for me”? Runway styles are often over-the-top and take a trend to the next level, they’re not often wearable for the average person. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t take a trend and make it work for you! Below are six trends found on the Spring/Summer ‘23 runways and how you can take pieces from my label and make them wearable for the warmer months.
Don’t be afraid to mix and match pieces and trends — fashion is all about making it your own!
cargo pants
Believe it or not, cargo pants are coming back in style. The menswear trend combined with styled pockets gives us the modern cargo pant. The street style photo, taken by Edward Berthelot, shows how cargo pants and a sleeveless sweater may come down the runway. If you’re into this style for the summer, but need to make it a bit more wearable, you can start with our Rachel Pant (it comes in two neutrals). Throw on a simple sleeveless sweater, comfy slides and a cute handbag for the effortlessly cool and casual feel.

oversized blazers + black
Found on the Style Stalker, the above outfit is one you may see on Hailey Bieber or Kendall Jenner. This is a great example of how you can take two runway trends and combine them to make a really chic outfit. Oversized blazers are a staple that can be worn in so many ways and the black Women’s Tank is a great base to layer underneath. By pairing these two predicted trends with a silk skirt, platform sandals and vintage sunglasses, you get the perfect look for a date night or a really fashion forward workplace!

TANK TOPS + LARGE TOTES
Summertime is all about light colors, easy materials and simple elegance. The above Matthew Sperzel photo shows the perfect monochrome look that can be easily put together, maybe even with pieces already in your closet! Finish your look with some gold accessories and you will be giving off Victoria Beckham vibes at the farmer’s market all summer long!

SHADES OF GREEN
I like to think ByAngela the Label was ahead of the game on this one! We released our beautiful heathered green color earlier this year and Spring/Summer ‘23 is all about shades of green! If you’re a busy mom on the go, you can throw on our Ease Ruched Tank with your favorite pair of light wash jeans and your most comfortable neutral slide. To add in a bit more of this trend, grab a green windbreaker like this Old Navy one and a green bag to hold your keys, phone and some snacks for the kids. Mixing green shades is what is going to make this outfit interesting and feel like a runway look.
